1. About UGCmarket

UGCmarket is a platform operated by Tristan Pender, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. By using UGCmarket you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. For any questions contact us at tristanrednep@gmail.com.

2. Using the platform

By registering on UGCmarket you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old
• The information you provide is accurate and up to date
• You will use the platform lawfully and in good faith
• You will not attempt to circumvent the platform to deal directly with brands or creators you have been matched with through UGCmarket

3. For brands

As a brand using UGCmarket you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete campaign briefs
• Review submitted content in a timely manner
• Pay the agreed rate upon approving content
• Not use content that has not been approved and paid for
• Treat creators with respect throughout the process

4. For creators

As a creator using UGCmarket you agree to:

• Only apply to campaigns you are genuinely able to complete
• Deliver content that meets the agreed brief
• Submit original content that you own and have the right to license
• Not include third party copyrighted material without permission
• Communicate promptly and professionally with brands

5. Payments and escrow

Payments are processed via Stripe. When a brand approves a campaign, funds are held in escrow and released to the creator upon content approval. UGCmarket charges a 10% platform fee on transactions, waived on a brand's first campaign. We are not responsible for disputes arising from payment issues caused by third party payment processors.

6. Content ownership

Upon payment and approval, the brand receives full usage rights to the content for organic and paid use across their own channels. The creator retains the right to use the content in their portfolio unless otherwise agreed. UGCmarket does not claim ownership of any content created through the platform.

7. Disputes

If a dispute arises between a brand and creator, both parties should contact UGCmarket at tristanrednep@gmail.com and we will do our best to mediate a fair resolution. UGCmarket reserves the right to make a final decision on disputes where parties cannot agree.

8. Prohibited conduct

You must not use UGCmarket to:

• Post false, misleading or fraudulent content or campaigns
• Harass, abuse or harm other users
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other accounts
• Promote illegal products or services

9. Limitation of liability

UGCmarket is provided on an as-is basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, UGCmarket shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
